QueLIFE: Products

I currently take QuePower, QueCoral, QueCalm, QueBalance and QueO2. All of these products have helped me tremendously over the last several months. QueCoral, a Coral Calcium supplement, assisted the healing process of a fracture in my heel bone. QuePower, a protein supplement which I take with orange juice 3 times a day, gives me more energy and stamina during my strength training workouts. I feel the effects of QueO2 most while out on endurance bike rides or runs, but it especially allows me to recover more quickly. Having played racquetball for over 20 years, I was accustomed to feeling soreness and stiffness after practices and tournaments, especially as I got into my thirties. At 37 now, I cannot remember the last time, since I began using these products, that I experienced soreness or fatigue after playing.

In addition, I have never been a good, sound sleeper. QueCalm actually puts me into a deeper sleep than I have experienced in years. I actually will only get up once a night now, compared to before when I would wake up every hour and a half or so. This has been perhaps the biggest benefit to me, as I am able to feel more rested throughout the day.
